Failed to spot a serious condition i got diagnosed elsewhere within 10 minutes at local optician (diagnosed MS) Failed to spot it here despite opting for this clinic due to their advanced optomap Stressed optician, asked me to wait before asking a question during the appointment Also the older receptionist, judgemental towards me and incredibly high and mighty! Over phone, tutting !! Wasn't the friendliest opticians, some snobbery and narrow mindedness in the works from reception from one older staff ( i had MS and really struggling) but not all were rude 2 stars.

Have been so impressed by the service here so far. Good thorough eye exam from Oliver and staff team have kindly made adjustments and small repairs without charge. Highly recommended!

My Mum recently had an assessment for cataracts with Oliver. The appointment was finished by 5pm and I believe the practice itself closes at 5:30pm. Oliver took the time to give a courtesy call at around 7pm to make sure my Mum's pupils were back to their normal and even size. I was really impressed with this care and attention and we were both incredibly appreciative. Thank you Oliver!
