Balfe's Bikes Streatham

Really friendly staff, super helpful when I took my bike in. They indexed the gears (after I had messed them up) and wrapped the bar tape to perfection - and I'm a fussy customer. Saw other people in there getting awesome service too. Great to know a bike shop locally that I can depend on that won't rip me off. Very happy, thank you!

Had a great experience at Balfes a couple of weeks ago. Took my bike in after a crash on the ice for a quick check up. So glad I did! Was given honest advice and quality service which left my feeling much more confident when riding away. Think the guy was from SA- top bloke.

The team at Balfe’s Streatham are super helpful and friendly. They have done various things for me over the past few months (safety check, new tires, tubeless set up), all under COVID-safe conditions and I’ve been really pleased with the great service provided. 100% recommended.

Can't recommend these guys too highly. I bought my first bike for forty years from them and they were so kind, helpful, supportive, and just generally brilliant throughout. All the team are total stars, experienced cyclists, and mostly young men in the shop, who were nevertheless so patient and gave such good advice to this nervous sixty-something. I now have a wonderful bike that I absolutely love and that is a joy to ride. They never tried to upsell, they did me a massive favour when the manufacturer failed to deliver and they supplied me with a better model for the same price, and they gave me wonderful instruction and advice when I picked the bike up. I won't be taking my bike anywhere else, you can be sure. Particular shout-out to Noah who went above and beyond to talk me patiently through everything the day I picked the bike up - but they're all great. If only all businesses were like this!
