We ordered the GTMA Proman Dummy from Golden Tiger Kens because the image on the website (left) was exactly the product we wanted. It was 240 plus 150 shipping (not surprising; dummies are heavy). The product that arrived at our studio had a head and arms and legs, but otherwise bore little resemblance to the one shown on the website. When we called to ask about it, they were unapologetic and said that they had sent a \better\ product. They would take the product back, if we would pay the 150 shipping. We declined to throw good money after bad, so the dummy is now taking up space at the studio because it won't work for what we had in mind. Needless to say, we will not purchase anything from Golden Tiger again. The image is still on the website, continuing to falsely advertise a product that they do not carry.

Personal is very rude. When I asked about different fighting sticks, the guy said do not keep asking same questions. I only asked few times. Customer can ask as many questions as they want. Study American customer service policy.

No refunds even if the weapon is too big to be used? What a joke. These people don't know anything about the weapons they sell nor do they know their own prices. It's whatever though. I will find a place that actually knows their stuff and has more of a selection than their paltry items.
