Hired a hot tub for a valentines/anniversary surprise and we loved it! There was an issue the day before it was due to arrive, however both Amy and Terry were great at letting us know of the issue, and getting a brand new hot tub in so they didn’t let us down! Super easy to set up, Terry spoke it through with us and left the booklet with easy to follow instructions! Amy was fab at answering any questions we had super quickly, which was very reassuring! Would definitely hire again and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to hire one! Thank you!

Would highly recommend Wacky Bouncers based on my recent experience with them. Rented a hot tub for my wife's 30th and was very impressed with the whole experience. Communication and customer service was brilliant, they were very friendly, responsive and easy to deal with. We opted for the romantic package and it surpassed our expectations. The Hot Tub itself was lovely, and all of the additional bits including the gazebo, lights and plants really set it off and made for a superb birthday surprise that my wife absolutely loved! We are already planning our next rental! Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend.
Friendly and professional service - one lovely clean, fresh looking bouncy castle (the unicorn one) safely delivered and installed at the right time, and collected on time too. One very happy little five year old for her unicorn birthday party! Castle was the highlight of the party and kept lots of little people successfully entertained. Really good communication and great value for money (and huge range of things to hire!) Thankyou :-)
