I'm not really impressed in the ambiance of this resort. But it has potential to improve more. I give 4-star because it has enough parking space and accessible from different directions. I hear most of Balayeños come here and take a swim. It is safe to come over even in the night.

Cool place to spend with family and friends
The place is not too big but the place is good. Also the price is a lot lower compared to other resorts so that's a good point for this resort. The place is really good for family outings. Especially for the kids.
Large space and you can also celebrate some occassions here
The resort was very spacious for us, 40pax checked in. We rented 7 rooms and the entire resort for our family reunion. The function area was big too. The dining tables were all set up in the function area including the videoke. We weren't able to cook since there's no available stove. We were just able to grill. They have refrigerator in the kitchen. The rooms are ok but all the toilet bowls' cover keep closing while you're sitting on the bowl which is very annoying. All in all still a recommendable place if you're within Balayan area.
Pool is too small for adults. There is no convenience store inside or nearby
