I was kind of anxious about this pizza place located at Gaisano Grand Mall, Balamban, Cebu as this is not the usual pizza house known to the Cebuanos. Surprisingly, the pizzas taste good and they have variety of flavors to choose from. PROS: -Good tasting pizza -Flavor variety -Accessibility as this is located inside the mall -Has mall parking -Has spacious dining area CONS: -They have limited manpower in this restaurant so your pizza may get delayed -Restaurant is a little dirty. Chairs and tables have not been wiped clean for maybe hours as the stains already stuck to the furnitures -Not cheap. Their prices are comparable to Pizza Hut as a family pizza will also cost you a little less than P600.00 -No WIFI and mind you, the cell signal in this area of Balamban is poor -Comfort rooms are located in the mall if you need one If you will ask me if I would go back, maybe but not as a dine in customer. Will probably just grab my pizza and go somewhere else to eat it.

Certainly wishing this Pizzaro was better as there just are not many decent restaurants in the Balamban area. Maybe that is why customers tend to like places as there are no good comparisons anymore. On our last visit: No solo pizza available / no chicken pizza available / order taker did not known which pizza's had pork or beef / not enough ingredients to make halo halo like on the display / place should be cleaned better / drinks available are pretty much just soda's and overly sweet tea, no fresh juices, no brewed coffee. Where to direct complaints? You can call the manager who is in Bacolod, what is another island ! Please Pizzaro Pizza can you take your restaurant business more serious? We have not tried the new Pizzaro at the Grand Mall in Balamban, but if it is the same management, we probably should spend our pesos somewhere else.
This place offers korean food and pizza's. They offer it tasty when you are hungry but if you want much more color taste its not for you. The prices of each food are inexpensive, you can have burger and drinks for 55 pesos as i remeber. Good for them they already hide thier kitchen, hope it will be as clean as what we want it to. Because i have a bad experience of that local resto brand where when eating the food i found some hair in it, as i was so disgusted, I am not going back from the place since then.
Only pizza place with good flavors.
