This place is awesome if you're in a hurry because it's not crowded most of the times, unlike other branches in the mall. Good service also since they cater e-gift payments from my Citi Card, where did not accepted in KFC branch at SM Malls (SM Marilao Branch)

I had order several times from this store to my home. But today, as I tried to order, a female crew keeps on telling me that they can not delivery at my location because it's outside their radius. I have an account in your system you can check my order history! We are so disappointed with your new crew!

KFC tricked us with a smile. We waited about 30 minutes just to take our 2 piece fried chicken and drinks, there wasn't even a lot of customers only 2 people is in line. And when we leaved the restaurant since we take out our food we realized that we didn't get our mushroom soup that we paid 99 pesos, and we get no straw and plastic spoon and fork.We can't go back and ask for it since we already rode a jeep and are already on our way home. The most annoying part is that the one who served us the food is the manager of the place, and he served it to us with a smile which is pretty annoying since I'm pretty sure he served us knowing he didn't put mushroom soup ,straw, and plastic spoon and fork. Would advice you to just eat at jolibee that is right in front of KFC.Tell him his mistakes and make sure he corrects it ASAP. I will come back in this restaurant expecting for improvement
