I was so ready to give this little Business a 5 Star review but the tables seemed to have turned as time progressed. A bit crammed/maze like but that’s because they have a lot of different fabrics on hand which is great! Our first initial visit was wonderful as staff was extremely helpful in pulling out all the different fabrics we wanted to look at. Friendly and helpful in getting us exactly what we needed the first time we were there. We ordered our fabric and were told it would be ready the following week... this is where it goes downhill. The following week we call the store and they must have been having a bad day by the sound of their fouls attitude over the phone. They were upset that we had called to check the status on our order and claimed they knew nothing about it. Very disrespectful over the phone and quite frankly acted as though we were bothering them. They finally found our order and told us to come in on a certain day.. when we came to pick up our fabric it’s as though they had done a complete turn around when it came to customer service. No more friendly smiles or great customer service. No “hello” in fact once again they acted like we were irritating them by asking for our fabric and just had foul attitudes. And it was the same exact group of people who were there the first time around. Great customer service follows through from start to finish.. not just when your trying to make a sale. On a side note-fabric came in as requested and is fabulous quality wise! Just need to work on all that negative energy you guys have going on in there.

This shop is wonderful. The staff have a fantastic knowledge and are always happy to help and advise. There is a terrific choice of stock and also numerous pattern books to choose fabrics from. We have used this shop for more than 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. We have recently converted a barn and have bought all our curtains and blinds from here and also had all our sofas recovered through them. Sarah's fabric and design suggestions were invaluable and people always comment on the lovely soft furnishings and how they enhance our home. I'd give them even more stars if it was possible!

Undoubtedly the best fabric shop in the area....the staff in this shop are communicative, very helpful and a pleasure to chat too. There is a good variety of fabrics all beatifully displayed and a huge choice of books to look at.
Excellent choices service can't be faulted, looking forward to having my chosen fabric made up.
