A beautiful bridge in Bakewell. Perfect for any period drama. A beautiful walk along the Rive Wye. There is even a car park nearby to start your walk from. Another beautiful scene to be experienced by any tourist or local( and yes... well spotted.. my key word is beautiful Bakewell!)

Lovely place. Relaxing and very clean
The iconic view of Bakewell. The bridge dates from around 1300 & was widened on the southern side in the 19th century to match the five gothic arches of the original bridge on the north side.
As bridges go it's ok it's a narrow bridge but it also has character with the beautiful River Wye running through it.
Great place to visit lovely walks great independent shops hood for all ages friends and family
