Really nice pub with two gardens. Hidden gem. If your doing the coastal path walk and want a pit stop this is surely the place. 5 min walk off of the beaten track perfect for lunch time beer before continuing on!

A lovely place to stop and have a refreshing beverage while walking the Stour and Orwell Walk. Friendly landlord and good selection of beers. We didn't try their food (hence only 4 stars) but will definitely be back to try later. Lovely warm feeling in the dining room and a lovely little beer garden.

Very warm welcome, good food, lovely dining alfresco in a village setting. Also dog friendly.
Great little village pub, with friendly couple trying and succeeding to get this pub up and running through covid, great stop after day on beach, keep up the good work guys.
