Sought a quote for a Roman shower screen from Baker and Soars and Mark came back to me with a great price so placed an order with him. Mark kept me in the loop with order & delivery delays due to Christmas. The screen was delivered promptly on the day and time slot they provided and was delivered by their own driver, all intact, so no concerns over risk of breakage by them using a courier. Overall a great service and price and would happily use them again and to recommend them.

Amazing help and on a Saturday also to help with a bathroom leak emergency. Mark and team helped me get parts urgently, so helpful and really grateful. Cannot recommend highly enough. Top Rating!! Fantastic attitude.
Bad customer service. Order received 10 days after promise date. Phonecalls not returned. Item was cheap and incorrect. Will never use again. People use pseudonyms to avoid repercussions, just look and your attitude and reply from a negative feedback. Instead of getting defensive and be in denial, i suggest you have a moment of self contemplation and improve the service you provide.
