I had no experience of building or planning and i was ripped off by another company. Neil and his team at Baker Barnett redesigned the plans and i have to say they are absolutely professional in every aspect. Quality of drawings and structural requirements were very impressive and explained to me in a format i understood. I would recommend without any hesitation.. They saved my extension project and excelled in every way possible. First Class!.

Baker Barnett was recommended to us via a friend of ours. We was seeking suitable professional advice and help with the appropriate Calculations/Building-Planning Reg's etc required, prior to the removal of an internal load bearing wall to open up the required space to install a large integrated living Dining/Kitchen area.
