This is a brilliant artisan bakery. They make their own dough to do Pizza some nights and it’s the best I’ve EVER tasted... as is their bread, savoury swirls and brownies! So many tasty bread ideas and things I’ve never tried before... I’ve not disliked anything from here and recommend trying it all. The bread stays fresh for days and also freezes very well. Claire & Chris are a lovely, hardworking couple and an asset to Todmorden. They often sell out so get there early to make sure you get everything you want. The cherry focaccia is very hard to share. The vegan pizza is the best my vegan friend ever had in his life... and he’s 50! I adore Them Greek one’ The millionaire brownie is so rich you need to sit down while you eat it. If your loaf is warm then you had better buy two and an extra pack of butter. There’s so much to recommend but my time is limited... I have to butter this delicious banana bread!

True craftspeople. Their food is delicious and to a high quality. They are dedicated to their craft, balancing traditional methods with innovation in from and flavour - you can tell they're real foodies.. .that is who we want to deliver us food! Also lovely and willing to have a chat with their customers, educating those interested in their products. To top it off, Baked are a business supportive of other local food businesses. Of those I've recommended them to, I have yet to see them not be momentarily silenced with how good their food is.

This place is amazing, the food is delicious, the pastry on the pasties is the perfect blend of moist and crispy, banana and walnut loaf is so good I devoured it a little too quickly and the bread is so fresh and soft. The people here are so lovely too and very passionate about what they are doing. Baked is definitely worth visiting and travelling to and for those of you who like to climb up Todmordens steep valley for those amazing views this is the perfect place to grab a picnic especially as it's on the way to Gaddings Dam. PLEASE NOTE Get here early as they only open until they sell out and pay attention to the opening times as they are only a few days a week and also they don't take card, but there is a cash machine at Morrisons or 2 in the centre on Halifax Road or one at the One Stop all a short walk away.
