This restaurant is my preferable restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this restaurant. Whenever I feel like having a delicious meal, this place comes right away to my mind. good and diverse food and a large list of dishes.trained team, and great ambience. In addition to that, the bill is fair. I praise this spot with great pleasure.

Tacos are alright for being in Alhambra. The carnitas was on the dry side. The fish was nice but the Baja has too much topping and sauce that overwhelm the whole taco. Everything could have been season a little better. Can't speak for anything else here but prob will go elsewhere for tacos. Taste: 3/5 Service 4/5 the food came out fast Parking: 5/5 plenty of free street parking Price: 4/5 not the worst
This place has gone done in customer service, seems like they hire managers with zero customer service skills. I used to go there every week on Tuesdays and order up to 100 tacos every time for work and I would kindly ask for everything on the side so they wouldn't get soggy, it was never a problem but the new manager is willing to loose customers by being rude and not wanting to satisfy customers needs.
Wait for food was about 45 min. Seems like they were prioritizing the drive thru. I ordered inside. The food was cold when i got it and honestly it wasn't all that good. Maybe 1 fish taco day is a better deal. At that price can't really complain for what you get.
This location is a JOKE! 0/10 stars, do not recommend! Their staff is lacking major phone etiquette, which is imperative for take out orders. Today, after waiting ten minutes on hold to place a phone order, they told me my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I came in exactly at the 15 minute mark (I work next door so I make sure to take my lunch break once the food is ready. My order was not ready. They asked me to wait outside (covid, I get it). Twenty minutes goes by and my food STILL isn't ready (I only get a 30 minute lunch break). They don't apologize, nor offer anything to make it right. They just refund my money. Then I look at the receipt they gave me, they charged me for someone else's order! I'd been waiting for food that wasn't even mine! Mario was the one helping (if you could call it help) me. He was rude throughout the whole experience and didn't care that I had waited. Not once did he apologize. He did not read the order back to me when I originally paid, he just took my name and charged me. After I realized that I was waiting for someone else's order I called the store to let them know. The manager (Jaime) listened to the whole situation. He never apologized. He told his employee that he needs to read the order back upon paying. The only thing he offered to make the situation right was to give me my meal for free. But my break already ended. I told him if I could have the free meal the next day that would be okay. He stated that it was a free meal right then and there or nothing at all. Seriously? What a joke! And, to note, their food is decent at best. 0/10 stars. Do not recommend.
