Bairstow Eves Hornchurch made the purchase of our new property extremely easy and we’re very supportive throughout the whole process. Simone Tennant was the agent looking after us, her service was faultless. She constantly chased all parties and kept us up to date every step of the way, without her consistent hard work and determination I’m sure the process would of been much longer. I would like to thank Bairstow Eves and Simone for everything they have done to help us get the keys to our new property, we will definitely be using you next time!

A positive experience. Simone was always helpful and made the journey to completion much less painful than it could have been! Thank you.
It was a really good experience for us. Aurelia helped us find the house that fitted all our requirements. She was kind, she was patient and the most important thing is that she found time to explain every moment that we thought was important or not mentioned till the end. Plus, not to mention that she was always on time and was patiently waiting for us! :)
Aurelija Mendzoriute (Lettings Negotiator) did a first class job. She is not only helpful and accommodating, but also goes out of her way to ensure a smooth process and act in the interests of both the tenant and the landlord. This includes keeping all parties updated and returning calls promptly. These qualities are uncommon amongst the 'big name' estate agents in Hornchurch / Romford / Upminster. Well done and thank you Aurelija (Hornchurch branch) and thank you Steve and Juliet (Brentwood branch) for your aligned efforts. A good experience with Bairstow Eves, very much down to the individuals involved.
Excellent service from all staff (especially Branch Lettings Manager). Very professional, courteous and smooth dealings.
