Bairstow Eves Estate Agents Kirkby-in-Ashfield

I just wanted to take the time to write some feedback about the amazing team at Bairstow Eves Kirkby. We haven't completed our purchase as of yet, but Lesley and her team have been incredible so far. From the first phone call the personable nature of Lesley was infectious. She understood our situation and went above and beyond to help us view our desired home. The communication has been reliable and each of the team are very approachable. We are buying our first home and the process can be very daunting, but each step has been clarified, communicated and investigated thoroughly - which is very reassuring. In Lesley's absence, Simon and Jo have both been super helpful and it's clear the team communicate amongst themselves as they both knew my situation without having to reexplain - which is very efficient. The office was clean and very Covid safe when I did have to pop in to sign documents. Any queries regarding the sale itself have been handled immediately and followed up with an email - a touch which is reassuring in itself. Hopefully this portrays what a wonderful team Bairstow Eves Kirkby are and I know my partner and I would use you in the future without hesitation. Thank you for making our first home purchase so seamless. From Marc & Emily :)

I cannot say enough about the team at Kirkby - in - Ashfield. Simon, Jo and Lesley have been professional, supportive, and proactive from the initial enquiry to the sale of our property. Their attention to detail and customer support is a tribute to the outstanding team they are. They are always available to offer advice and assistance whenever you contact them. We only put our property on the market a few weeks ago and they have already generated offers and secured a sale. We feel that we will be supported throughout - and have no worries that they will see the contract through to completion. I have no hesitation in recommending this talented team to sell your property.
