If we could give more stars we would. Myself and my husband recently bought a property through Bairstow Eves Folkestone. From the beginning till the end of the transaction we had almost daily communication from Claire. She would always update us first thing in the morning. She and her team (we also had interactions with Michael) exceeded our expectations and their customer service was outstanding. Although it was lockdown, they were easy to get hold of, always an email or phone call away and were very efficient and proactive throughout. She didnt just end her job after getting us the sale she was with us throughout the legal procedures making sure the sellers soliciors and our solicitor were up to date in getting the enquiries all completed in time. We would definatly recommend them without doubt to anyone looking to purchase or sell. Claire you are an asset to the company. Best wishes to the whole team.

We have just purchased a property through Bairstow Eves and I have to say the level of service we received has been amazing from first viewing to almost completion. Michael was so helpful and has been throughout. Have to give a 5 star to Claire, Branch Manager for her help and the dedication she has put into helping us, from start to finish she has been amazing and we've been kept in the loop all the way through which has been appreciated. Myself and my partner have been renting a property through Bairstow eves for 2 years now. We have recently bought a property but would like to say that Chance and Carina were amazing throughout our 2 year tenancy. Nothing was ever too much to ask, and if we needed anything they were always so quick to sort it out! Lovely ladies and so good at what they do. Compared to others, Bairstow eves in Folkestone has been our favourite estate agents and we would highly recommend others to go through them in the future as from our experience I can almost guarantee you will never come across any issues or problems.
