Absolutely awful service, we had booked a viewing today for a house in Banbury. We arrived, stood outside for 10 minutes in the pouring rain so I rang the office and it turned out it was sold earlier this week. We had no communication about this at all. No empathy from the lady on the phone. We wasted an hour round trip, petrol and our time. We will not be using this estate agent again.
A really lovely team of people who go the extra mile to keep you informed and get things sorted. Nellie is especially helpful and responsive, but i found the whole team very effective and its one the best experiences I've had selling a house through an estate agent in a while. Would definitely recommend.
