I have been using the pharmacy and the opticians for quite a number of years. Each time I have received courteous - polite - honest advice and service. I truly cannot rate this lovely business highly enough to anyone. I have always had the feeling of that good old fashioned service that we used to experience years ago when they knew you and would greet you warmly as a friend. I would like to thank all members who work here for all their wonderful help and assistance throughout the years it is truly appreciated especially when you go that extra mile to help. Thank you

Best opticians in the Cannock area! Excellent customer service from Bains. Attended on Monday for an eye test with my children. The optician was calm and friendly with them both and my eldest had to have glasses. He gave them excellent advice on how best to look after their eyes, and for my eldest when to wear them. Received the glasses within 4 days when advised a week. The service we have received over our various visits to the opticians has been exceptional with all members of staff. I have also attended for my own check ups and always been very impressed with the service received.
I was recommended Bains Optical by a friend when my granddad needed an eye test. I don’t normally leave reviews but wanted to as the staff there were wonderful. My grandfather suffers from dementia, which makes it difficult for him understand & the team at Bains optical were amazing. I really wanted to thank everyone there for making the visit pleasant. I wouldn’t hesitate In recommending.
I've used Bains twice now and both times have been blown away! The glasses are such good quality and beautifully designed. The service is amazing. They went above and beyond to get me an emergency pair processed during lockdown, which I'm so grateful for. Would definitely recommend them!
Absolutely fantastic service. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Was struggling to choose new frames as there are so many to choose from. Kept looking at the usual frame shape I would choose. Was given a different style to try which I really liked so ordered them. Have collected my glasses this week and the compliments I have received have been amazing. Won't ever go anywhere else and will recommend Bains Optical to all my friends and family (who i haven't recommend them to already). Very happy customer
