Customer service is absolutely top notch as i just wasn't happy with the fit of the item and they swapped it TWICE for me until i got a nice comfortable fit. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. I cannot speak highly enough of Jon, I expressed interest in a rifle months ago and enquired on the price.Eventually, months later I have my ticket back. He stuck by his original quote even though the prices have risen considerably and sorted me a very good deal. I even got my scope fitted and a deal on ammunition. The service you get from this guy is worth the trip up there. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
Visited Bailey's Gun Shop after a phone call enquiring about some scope mounts. The owner, John, was really helpful and suggested I bring the gun along to get the best measurement. After handing the rifle over he found the right height match and proceeded to fit a great set of sportsmatch mounts. He then took the time to check my correct eye relief and also checked the scope was adjusted for perfect vertical alignment, tightening it up with correct torque settings.You can't ask for better service than that. Oh, the price was very reasonable too. Top drawer, THANK YOU.
Really good shop to deal with, matches and beats other rfds on prices, knowledgeable on the products they sell, will be shopping there again definitely.
