Baileys is an amazing place. Get lost for hours in the magnificent setting. Exquisite homewares interior design and such a fabulous range of beautiful items to purchase. The Bailey's have exquisite taste and their shop is a treasure trove. I want to buy every single item from their range of soap, plants, brushes, homeware items to their gorgeous furniture. It is a magical place!! Enjoy. Once visited you will want to return!

Some lovely stuff, but you need deep pockets. Coffee & cake was great.

Really enjoy Baileys..its a treat for the mind..inspiring. Some items overpriced but originality costs extra I guess. Sadly Café and toilets not open though, so be prepared. One way system marked but as usual some either don't see it or choose to ignore it.

Amazing selection of home stuff. All the staff are friendly and there is good covid measures in place. Clean and tidy throughout the shop.

We've visited Bailey's many times over the years and have spent quite a lot with them. Yesterday's visit was the usual visual delight along with admiration for the style and brand they have developed. Its all really very good. But the visit was spoiled by the attitude of a woman on the till - her response to my pointing out a scratch to the item (the item was a one off apparently) and what I experienced as a condescending attitude when I enquired whether they might offer a small discount because of that. I would have thought that 80, knocking off a fiver on a damaged item would be more useful in these C-19 times, would have helped their cash-flow and been an intelligent response. Even if the answer was 'no', it could have been delivered far more humanely and avoided leaving a (long established) customer feeling poory handled. Across the many reviews for Baileys Home Store, and amidst the justified praise for the shop and brand, there appear (I now discover) many adverse comments about staff attitudes. Shouldn't this be ringing some alarm bells for the owners/managers?
