Lovely place to have a cuppa and more. Can recommend afternoon tea. Food great, service second to none.
I've been walking pass this place for a few years whilst going into town and,yet,until yesterday,I'd never set foot in the place I must admit I thought it was a greasy spoon type place that served up traditional fried breakfast. However,I could not have been more wrong. It serves up sandwiches,and savoury type snacks as well as sweet confectionery; coffer and tea. The staff are very polite and friendly and,here's the thing that I like,they bring what you've ordered to your table...no waiting in a queue and clogging up the Isle! Another aspect of this delightful place is the seating: they have some small,yet comfortable leather chairs which I like very much! Oh,I nearly forgot,they have a first floor level too although I haven't been up there yet. I love and support independent shops like this so now I have found this little gem, I will be a frequent visitor in future. Thank you ladies for making my time spent there a very enjoyable time
