Very well presented, shop was empty, two members of staff. Prices are quite expensive but 90% off the glasses were of good quality. Was asked can I help, I replied I'm just looking, then asks me is there anything in particular I am looking for?

Brilliant stuff and doctor
I used this opticians today. Two visits to other opticians last week said I did not have a problem. I knew that my eye was not correct. The optician examined me and diagnosed me within minutes. Fortunately for me an easy fix. Thank you for the professionalism that the others lacked.
I have been having my eyes checked at Bailey Options for quite a few years. Since Mr Gill took over the shop service has not changed, in fact it has improved. Mr Gill is very helpful. He advises honestly when asked questions. When checking your eyes he is usually on schedule starting and finishing. You feel comfortable being treated and would recommend anyone to use Bailey's.
I have been using Bailey Opticians for many years now, and remain a customer due to their excellent customer care and service, as well as assistance in frame selection - Even getting additional frames in from suppliers when I have not been able to find the style I was looking for. The eyesight tests have always proved to be accurate and reliable and in addition to all the above the owner (Mr. Gill) and his staff are most friendly and polite. Indeed it is a pleasure to visit this opticians when the need for new glasses comes around again.
