Our companies survey group took CPR from them, they have a list of who attended and were never sent their certification cards, when inquiring about the cards Paula Bailey stated that they were sent and that there would be a charge for duplicates. She sent them which had doubles for a few and not the whole list. Sent them back and gave her the information of the ones that were missing, she called wanting to know how I was going to pay, I told her that we were not going to pay until we got them, she stated that they charge for duplicates I then told her that they were not duplicates seeing as we never received them in the first place. She insisted that they sent them that that was their policy. She said the ones she sent were the names on her list, and that she had to pull them from her archives. As a company of 300 and 110 in our Dallas office, if we would of gotten the cards we would have handed them out, the rest of the office did our CPR training with the Red Cross and we were emailed our cards immediately. Terrible customer service, a hateful woman. Get your training somewhere else.
