Very mixed experiences but on the whole slightly underwhelming. Took my GS in a few months ago due to a warning light that came on saying engine failure. Left it with them and was told it needed a software update. Came to pick it up and was told I was being charged for the labour. Had to push the fact that the bike was under warranty and only when the manager was consulted was I told there would be no charge. Then took the bike in again for an issue with the exhaust system a couple of weeks after. They were great, sorted it under warranty no issues. Just taken the bike in now for a service but told that there are signs of corrosion and dirt in the callipers. I asked if the corrosion was covered under warranty and told no. Doesn't make sense to me...if there are signs of corrosion then surely it's covered? Also raised an issue with the wireless key not linking to the bike. I called for an update on the service and told its all done and they replaced the battery in the key fob. I informed them that it has a new battery and that isn't the issue. They tell me they'll look at it. Picked the bike up 600 later (service, clean callipers, new rear disc and pads) and ride away only to get the error with the key not linking to the bike. Also picked up a new fault too where the SOS system constantly warns me it isn't working. They are a good group of people at the dealer but from my experience it feels like a lack of genuine care for the customer. Oh, I broke down on the way back as the key wasn't connecting to the bike and it wouldn't start after getting fuel... This isn't a moan, I think there are simply other dealers that actually make the effort to do right by the customer and keep the bike until the issues are resolved. So, some great points but the negatives massively outweigh them.

Really nice helpful guys. They really do treat your bike like it was their own. Very good at letting you know when they find something, giving you the options and costs and then leave it to you to make the decision.
