Friendly service, clean facilities, welcoming for all age groups. Food was ok. Bratkartoffeln tasted like my grandma's (good thing), salad dressings were average.
Super restaurant, very delicious, great service! Food was adapted to our needs in two evening both times (24.04, 25.04.2019), the owner found food for our mood! It was excellent for us - parents and our kids! Quality matches price. All was perfect!

the food is the best thing since sliced bread, we as a family have been coming to this guest house for the past 30yrs or so and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone visiting the area
Ein schöner Abend im Kastaniengarten ging vorbei. Vorweg gab es ein feines Cremesüpple von frischen Pfifferlingen. Ein leckeres Ochsenbäckle geschmort in Burgundersoße mit tollen Pommes Frites rundeten das Mahl ab. Echt empfehlenswert. Unbedingt erwähnenswert ist auch die super aufmerksame und umsorgende Bedienung und das sich noch persönlich um die Gäste kümmernde Wirtsleuteehepaar. Ich komme wieder.
Freundliche Begrüßung. Bedienung und das Essen war gut. Habe mich sehr gefreut das es selbstgemachte Schnitzel waren die eine Pfanne gesehen haben. Keine TK Schnitzel und nicht in der Fritteuse. Seit langem wieder Mal einen guten, heissen Espresso in einem Restaurant bekommen. Danke
