Nice location, close vicinity to places of intrest.
The place is very accessible. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around. The condominium has a huge parking lot so you won't worrry about having to park your car. The people are also very welcoming especially the guards.
Quiet place. Fresh air, pine trees, accessible to nearby tourist spots and parks.
If you are looking for a wide quiet and secured space to stay in Baguio, this is a great choice. The place has a lot of units inside. If you check in some booking apps, you'll see one of the apartments that is available for transient use. The place has a big sala and kitchen with 2 rooms. The bath has hot shower. It is furnished with TV, refrigerator and a kitchen stove. They have utensils if you want to cook but i suggest that you go out and try some of famous eating places in Baguio like Cafe by the ruins, good taste, kanto etc.
Quiet location even though it is near Mines View Park. On week ends sometimes is difficult to go any place due to traffic. Location is kept pretty well. Needs some landscape work. Built in 1972 has some fixtures which don't look so good; but I am an American and used to strict building codes. It is a nice place to live.
