One staff member is extremely rude. It wasn't a one run off, but on several occasions. Terrible customer service. I spoke to the manager to bring it to her attention and at no time did she say she was sorry for my experience. For great pricing and the best customer service given is a family owned gas station in New Hamburg corner of Webster and Ontario st..now there's customer service!

Not the cheapest prices here but definitely good
This is a trust worthy shop to take your vehicle for repairs. Henry and Dale are the owners and are truly fantastic to talk to and deal with. The techs there, Brian and Bryce really know there stuff. It's like a family there. If you need repairs for your car or truck and are afraid of getting screwed around because you don't know where to go or who to trust, take it to KW Automotive.
Service is good inside the store but has prices here are always way above everywhere else.
