My boyfriend and I stayed here over the weekend and had a wonderful night! We had originally had a cabin booked but ended up leaving because it was dirty! We arrived pretty late but the front desk agent, Ann waited for us so we would have a place to sleep. She was an absolute delight! The bed was super comfortable, the AC worked great and we had woken up to a gorgeous view of the Lake in the morning. Wonderful experience overall!

Very nice accommodations and friendly staff. The restaurant was very good and the service was excellent. It was the waitress' first day but she was very friendly and attentive. We stayed in a chalet, which was very clean and private. I will definitely be going back.
The room was very well cleaned and beautiful view. Due to covid we always thoroughly clean the room before bringing in our belongings to just have peace of mind and my husband could not get any dirt or dust on the wipes! We felt so comfortable and we assured the rooms were very well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and the heated pool was fantastic! Thank you!
Just an overall awesome experience staying there. Beautiful place and we stayed In the chalet. Pool is available, the BBQ is available. Across the road there is live music at the inverary from 3-6pm in which you can see Tracy Cavanaugh play!
Not a bad place at all, and generally better than one finds in rural Nova Scotia. What shocked me was the callus disregard for anyone with mobility issues. The ice machine is accessible only by stairs, as is the pool area. Heaven help anyone in a wheelchair, or with serious issues with mobility. The 'ramp' leading into the office area is not up to the code of one foot of rise spread over ten feet, and has an edge at the bottom that would prove difficult for wheelchair users. On the entire property I only noted one handicapped parking spot. Clearly the owners are light years behind the societal changes other businesses have made to provide equal access for all Canadians. They should be ashamed.
Beautiful setting overlooking Bras Dor lake. Debbie was excellent in getting me organised. Will most certainly recommend The Silver Dart to my family and friends
Great value for money! Excellent staff and an amazing property. Doesn't get better than this in Baddeck.
We stayed in a chalet that is really just a duplex. The room attached to us had a party all night and a snorer so I couldn't sleep all night. The walls are paper thin. The room itself is dated but comfortable. For over 200, I expected better. The whole island seems overpriced.
