We went to the Roswell location. The service and food have gone way down hill there. Service was slow, Queso dip was brought to us cold, 3 of our entrees were not correct, Truffle fries were dried out like they had been under a heat lamp for hours, and we observed very poor hygiene from wait staff and bartender touching their faces under their masks and then making and touching drinks right after. We were horrified with the whole thing. Will never go back.

I wasn't able to see all of their COVID procedures since my husband went to pick it up! But the condiments and toppings are going to be what makes the burger! Chose carefully and do not rush! Their patties taste like regular burgers so how you add to it determines the taste! Their truffle fries are amazing and they have 6 flavors of fries! My husband wasnt a fan of his burger but ate my fries and his lol, but again he didnt take time to create his burger. If your in the mood to have some fun and try diff flavors with your patty then try here!
My family and I have lived in Atlanta 3 years and never knew about this place! My sons and I all ordered different burgers with the tater tots and Parmesan fries. I have to say, these were by far the BEST BURGERS we have ever had! Great service also. We will be back! Highly recommended!
I don’t know is what happened here. The burgers are unseasoned meat. The Texas Toast was totally dry. The fries weren’t hot. The TV played ads for men’s prostate health supplements. The waiter abruptly left without a word when ordering. The food came out and he breezed by asking how it was before we even had a bite. Then we waited 20 minutes after we finished before I could flag him down again even though he made seven other trips to nearby tables. The experience was weird all around. Thankfully there are tons of other places to go.
This is an amazing place to get a fabulous burger! If you don’t see anything you like you can create your own burger! If you don’t prefer a burger you can create your own salad. If your not sure of combinations when creating your own get something from the creative menu. The atmosphere is relaxed - dress code is mixed. There is a nice full bar and some excellent choices. The service is A been here twice in two days and it’s consistent. Want something smaller? Get a slider. Also tried the nachos. Management here by Ashley is excellent and puts the finishing touch of professionalism that puts this fun place a cut above the rest.
