Great place! Had never been there and met a coworker for lunch. Nice atmosphere, nice staff and very good food. No matter what you eat there's a selection. Will definitely go back when in the area.

During this deadly pandemic, I have used Door Dash exclusively for my family's fine dining experience. My lone two experiences with \Bad Daddy's\ over the last 12 months has been the worst. Each time the order was incorrect or cold. My recent experience on 01/24/21 left me dissatisfied and thoroughly disappointed based on the fact an entire menu item was missing. I contacted the manager and was immediately directed back to Door Dash as this missing item was the \driver's fault\ and not the food delivery responsibility of \Bad Daddy's\. In fact, the \manager\ suggested they had issues with Door Dashers that presumably stole food from their delivery orders. He then directed me to contact Door Dash customer service to resolve the issue including replacing the order. Which I did. Guess what? The store cancelled the replacement order. The food may be good, but the integrity of the folks who run this burger joint ARE NOT. CAVEAT EMPTOR.
If you’re looking for a fried Buffalo Chicken Sandwich . . . This is the place!! Be ready to eat. Each serving is quite large and we had to take half of what we ordered home for dinner! The best appetizers would have to be the hand breaded pickles & the Amber Ale Queso. Their handling of social distancing could be better practiced with guests indoors but the outside sitting area is quite spacious.
I asked for a med rare burger and received a well done, dry, over pressed burger (burgers should be turned over only once...maybe twice) I was very disappointed. All the ingredients are there to make some of the best tasting burgers around, but if you have cooks that can't cook the very foundation of what makes the restaurant then its a failure. When I showed the bartender my burger she apologized and told me how the cook that was working that day ALWAYS cooks this way and gets temps wrong. I asked her why this isn't said to him and she said that it is. I asked her to tell a a manager and she said they know. She then proceeded to give me a free burger card. I appreciate her giving me the card, but what I would appreciate more is a cook that knows HOW TO COOK A BURGER! IT'S YOUR BUSINESS! How in the world do you have a cook who doesn't know how to cook burgers, who has constant complaints, and your business IS BURGERS! Why are you allowing this cook to work there or at least not get trained? She told me to come back in the evening or the weekend and that my burger would be great. What!? Excuse me!? I should be able to come anytime of the day and get a great burger. I felt like all I had was great ingredients slapped on a piece of cardboard. I will use this free burger card for one last chance to see if I just caught someone on a bad day. If the burger is good, I will delete this review and write a more favorable one.
Had lunch at this place; super spacious, clean and good amount of beef, chicken and salads selections. I ordered a ‘Magic mushroom’ burger and a side fries; it was DELICIOUS. They also has a nice seating outside. The service is great and food came out quickly. I will be back.
