Just now 21Nov'18 3:47pm I went out from that shop because the people at technician side is busy chatting and do not entertain waiting customer. The lady whom talked to me transfer me to already busy pc part counter who do qoutations. It was'nt a good customer service experience from them. A guy gave me a pending number but even he, he doesnt know where to direct me and they pass me like a ball seems no one wants to attend me, even if I told them I want to buy parts for my pc. Thumbs down for you guys for your poor customer service. A week ago, I was there I asked for qoutation and it's worth 93k I plan to buy it from you when I got my money next year but because of this experience, its better to buy at other shop.
Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Parking can be a challenge though from time to time.
Bought the Sphinx Pro (Pre-Built PC).GREAT! customer service. Altho there are some problems such as last minute change in the pre-built transaction and somewhat lack of experience in some of the employees? but that aside the product is well made. Even tho the product is quite cheap, they picked quite great models for all of the components except for the 1x8 ram stick which could have been 2x4 for dual channel but I ain't complaining. Overall I recommend this branch and I recommend the pre-built too!
