Don't you ever try to purchase a house and lot here. Too much expensive and substandard materials on their RFO release units. Water supply is so disgusting came from deep well. They also don't allow wired internet connection (e.g. DSL, Fiber Optic) so happened that all inside of the community was using only wireless/mobile data connection results into congested internet access whereas poor quality of signal per subscriber.

Quality houses but the size of the property is small for it's price and some of their properties (subdivision) are not provisioned for car parks. home association fees are high considering some services were lessened like garbage collection. Their employees are friendly although they have a lot of room for improvement in terms of their business processes considering the company has been in the industry for a while.
sobrang nakakastress ang developer na to, ilang taon mo nang hawak ang unit, kapag may ipapagawa ka kailangan mo pang kumuha ng gatepass at permit para sa ipapagawa mo. need mo pa ring bond sa kanila bago I-release mga papeles mo. pano nalang kung wala ka din naman gnung kalaking budget para ipang bond? imbes na pambili ng materyales sa bond lng mapupunta. kaya yung bahay mo matetenga nalang at tuluyan ng masisira. may HOA na ang subdivision nyo pero hawak parin ng developer ang lahat ng desisyon.
