Hello Herbie's Catering & Events. Since you are not responsive anymore, you left us with no choice. We can't even leave a review on your facebook page. We just want you to know how frustated we are with your horrible service. We ordered 6 of your menus and got only 2 correct orders out of those 6. When you delivered the food we noticed that you gave us pancit instead of carbonara, you told us you will get the right order since it was mistakenly switch from others order. To make the long story short, we don't want our guest to wait any longer for a missing order so we started the dinner. We were more surprised seeing Pork aloha turned Barbecue, Mixed Veggies with quail eggs turns to lumpia ubod with tofu, Buko salad turns to buko pandan . We are all done eating when the carbonara arrived. Imagine the poor service we experienced and now you are not responding to our messages. No apology, no explanation, no compensation. As a customer it is our right to give you a feedback and that will be the last order.

Got them for my departed aunt's life celebration last year. Horrible experience. Charged us per plate used instead of per guests head. Number of guests was at about 75% attendance because it was raining. Manager on duty can't even explain properly why his charging extra. We asked him to count the guests but he insisted we be charged for the extra plates used. In order to maintain the solemnity of the occasion my uncle just paid the amount. Food was bad by the way. When my other aunt called for an explanation the following day, she was passed around and told to wait. She was eventually blocked. If the owners are reading this and want to settle this issue you may look into the bad services you provided at Cherry Homes a year ago. You have our contact info.
they catered for my father's birthday and they were great. their packages are very reasonable and you get more compared to other catering services that we've dealt with before. the staff were very courteous and on-time. this was our first time with herbie's catering and we will definitely be hiring them again next time!
Very affordable package, I'm very thankful that they are the one who cater our event. From the elegant set-up, up to their staffs, very affordable food and the design of our cake, we only had the Basic package but our event looks so elegant. Thumbs up for the whole staff that made our dream event possible. :) Looking forward for more events with you.
