A good location and one of the quiets places you can live still being close to the hustle of Manila life. Not even 5 minutes to SM Molino and the Alabang Star Mall, 15 minutes to Alabang and the MCX onward to the Skyway plus, Molino Rd. 10 minutes to Molino Blvd. and your on your way to Bacoor mostly traffic free. With being so close to the Rim, the temperature is always cooler by 3 to 5 degrees in the summer. Come the winter months the Tagaytay rim gives us them cold windy nights that you can't find anywhere but in a mountain provence. There's such a verity of options in so far as a person's needs or what they may want for personal home living, it's very convenient to say the least. Prices for homes are somewhat higher in this area than most, but property values are very stable and higher than neighboring communities, making for a very good infestment. All in all, it's one of the better area's to live for sure.
It's one of the better places I've lived while in the Philippines now 8 years. It has the feel of the province with none of the madness of living directly within urban Manila. With one quick ride only four to five minutes your at either the Star Mall or AM Molino. Jump on Molino Blvd. from Molino Rd. and your right there in Bacoor with SM Bacoor or all the local Filipino shops anyone needs to find everything you may hope for. On the other side in AND effortless hours and and few minutes via the (MVC) Cavite Expressway toll your directly in Ortigas coming from the back way with little to no traffic and the best roads in the country. Also from here I can see the Cavite Volcano, and both mountain tops defining each side of the Tagaytay Rim and at the very point merging of both rivers with nothing but lush green country side, the constant breeze day and night that Tagaytay is none for keeps the yearly average temperature down in the summer 8 degrees easily, and as everyone knows is the only place do to the volcano with a winter temperature falling at times in the upper 30 to 40 degree range at night, yes cold! Cold enough to where warm clothing and have nice outside gatherings with warm fires and great barbecuing. For home owners, the purchase price maybe a little high by 10% to 20% from other established places like Lancaster Estates or New Manila areas, but it is do to the stability of the value regarding market value being some of the best in the Philippines.
