The site was awesome. The recruitment people is lacking in rapport in accomadating applicants. The security is somewhat average. They didn't even bother offering some snacks or drinks for waiting applicants. Unlike some call center agency, they make sure that the applicants are accomodated and feel comfortable. Just expect that this company will never offer a non-Voice accounts. Expect also if you are hired at this company. Peak hours are the worst where you spend too much waiting for a ride home. If you are near, good for you!
This is a child friendly company wherein you can bring your baby or child at work but of course they are not allowed inside the production floor. They have a designated room for babies and children and they have a pillow and blanket provided. They also have a shuttle service for employees. This place is just across Tiendesitas and is surrounded by other call centers as well. Its just beside C5 road so it's very accessible.
This is the best place, near to wiork, tiendesitas just across! Love the place, transportation is very accessible anytime, parking area, nice. SM is just beside, so more time to stopover to window shopping!
Transcom staff have are very detailed . They also offer food and coffee and water while you wait if you're an applicant their guard is also kinda funny
