I love the offers. The application process is seamless, the hr staff are welcoming and made me comfy immediately. The atmospehere is not stiff. Undergoing training now and have referred a couple new hires. Can't wait foe the incentives to come. Transxom is highly recommended.
Below par Call Center, small-time not big time. Poor amenities and equipments. Very remote location, not that many options to chill out like any other Call Centers in Bacolod. HR not good also. Crossing the street is a nightmare even in daytime you can have nightmares!
Some managers/Supervisor don't have proper decorum.
