Clean, upscale, peaceful environment, nice reception area. Scheduled appointments, showers and CR available. Massage room was tidy including comfortable massage table with clean linen. 90 minute combo was 600. Therapist was highly skilled and allowed request for concentration on my lumbar region and feet. I’ve visited 70% of the spas in Bacolod and by far this was the best experience yet!

I love this place.good for body and mind relaxation.with wide variety of massage to choose from.the place is clean.price is okay.they have sauna and steam bath for an additional of 100 pesos to top up with their massage fee.they have couples room with private jacuzzi inside.Good therapist.usually fully book,so my advise is to book an appointment before coming in.
So far the best in town. Massage therapists are skillful, trained and very accommodating. I have quite a few spas but this one so far is great.

My masseuse was pregnant but gave a great massage. The place was clean, spacious massage rooms. Highly recommended
I booked a Swedish massage and it felt like she was only rubbing oil on my back. I asked her to add more pressure and she would for about 2 minutes and then get back to just rubbing. She did not take her time to massage each muscle group. Instead she wanted to sit down and scratch my head lightly for about 15-20 minutes for no reason. Then I felt her stop about 4 times. I was thinking she started to fall asleep, and then all of a sudden I heard her snore herself awake. Spa Natura did not bother to accommodate me a new massage or offer a discount. In that fact i will not be going back.
It seems all the therapists who's worked on me are in a hurry to finish the massage. Been here like ten times already. Still haven't found a good therapist. Also, ALL their therapists have no problem looking at your body while you turn. All the other spas I went to, the therapists look away or cover you to give you privacy while you face up. But not the therapists in Spa Natura. They all look. They watch you in an indiscreet, invasive way. Not sure why they do that. Curiosity? Disrespect? I should mention though that they have clean and nice facilities and the ginger tea tastes good. But you don't come to the spa for the shower and ginger tea. You go for a relaxing massage and if that's what you're looking for, this shouldn't be your first choice.
The best spa/massage that I know in Bacolod. Nothing relaxes im like a good massage and this is the place to be. I recommend the Combination massage. You can get it for 600 php. The masseuse are courteous and do their jobs well. Hope more people would come.
