lot of complaints from homeowners. There's one or two areas inside the subdivision are flooding during heavy rains. Not recommended. :-(

A nice place to live... Nice house designs.. its peaceful
Do not believe the fancy videos for the subdivision. They have recently been removing landscaping, pool equipment, clubhouse tables and chairs and the childrens play equipment. It seems it was all for show until they had achieved their sales
The post light beside our house is not working for 5 months now and we have been complaining at the office of the subdivision but no action was done. Our house is in Rio dela Plata street. We also installed 4 cctv camera inside and outside our house because the plants of my mother has been missing and many of us here were victims of thieves meaning we are not safe even there are guard at the gates. I would never recommend this subdivision to anybody.
Nice quiet peaceful place.
Great place for the family.
