No star but I need to rate atleat one to send my review. I can't describe how disappointing the services was.I just paid the bill in the morning, later in the night on the middle of my surfing the internet was gone. My sister called the CS immediately in the morning to have it fixed. Waited a week to have it finally fixed. They did fixed it but the internet seems poorer than usual. Another week have past and guess what, again the internet was gone at midnight. How satisfying. So what's this, we will wait for another week? or more? I get to enjoy a one week poor connection and pay for a one month bill? The technician keeps promising that they will swing by to have it checked but always get a new reason everyday on why they can't make it. Sana all si Liza Soberano para maentertain kaagad.

I recommend to not use pldt. Ever since a pldt fibr was installed in our nearby electricity pole, the Internet speed is so bad that its obviously being slowed down to upgrade to a fibr plan. Days later we contacted pldt to upgrade it to a fibr and we asked why did it become so slow. The employee said obviously "its due to the newly installed fibr near our house". I recommend any better alternative. They won't do this kind of dck move on their costumers
