Used to like it. But services and after sales has been pretty bad. But if they pick themselves up, I might consider going back.

Paid utility bill standard lane, not using the pwd id. Took us 10min to finish with interesting video to watch while waiting. Remember to first get a number then get the print out from the machune if u don't have your bill with you. A guard is assigned to assist you with the print out.

Not at all happy, waited two hours because my Internet is very slow and mostly not working, only to told there is nothing they can do about it, only the people who are on the 171 help number. I explained to them that they are acting in an unethical manner by selling more and more modems which means that everyone gets poor Internet because they are not increasing the available bandwidth. I pay the same amount as people who have a functioning Internet connection but mine is not working. I have an excellent connection with the tower but still not working. There is a fibre optic cable that has been put up six months ago and it is just sitting there waiting.

As usual they give very poor services to their clients. If you'll file a complain re their service they'll make you to wait for long period of time, but if you gonna pay your bill, they'll let you in sans any hassles.

Poor service. We had to follow up several times for our upgrade. Applied for FibR last April then found out it was cancelled June without them telling me. They assured me that my application went through last April and I'll just wait for their employees to install the new device. Again, we went to PLDT asking for an update and up until now no action given. What a disappointment.

The guards and the associates were really polite. However, the process itself is very bad. It's the institution's fault for not adding more people to handle the volume of customers. There are I think 7 booths, and only 3 was manned for customer service. The rest were unmanned. Bills payment are handled by a different set of associates which are also badly under staffed.
