The riders did not call... I understand that sometimes there are bulk loads of packages to deliver but can you properly inform us ahead of time to take the parcel at your warehouse not 3 hours before the due time of return to seller. The address is detailed, the number is active and the product is paid already... May you be productive more... Sana hindi hoax na naaksidente yung rider

My order from Shopee is being returned to the seller. Your reason: Delivery failed due to (Incorrect phone number). FYI, I have the correct phone number on my Shopee account. Same with your Iloilo branch - they had my order returned to the seller as well. Their reason: Delivery failed due to (Bad weather force majeure) when it was sunny all day. Very slow delivery. They sometimes indicate "customer rescheduled for delivery" on Shopee even though they never even contacted me in the first place or even bothered to deliver my parcel. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. They don't respond to messages at all. I wonder if this courier company even gives two cents about their customers. Probably not.
