Very long queue and unpleasant customer service personnel

Wasted so much time...Waited for almost an hour...Worst customer service ever!!!!How come so many staff but seems not managed well???

Very slow customer service they need more man power. Mahina ang WIFI sa guest room. Maliit ang LCD screen to see number and they should call name to be more friendly counter. Need to educate even those who are in sales department to answers simple inquiries instead they will forwarded the customer to get a number and wait for 45 mins they should stop playing on their phone all day and learn about globes answer and question.
