Best chicken inasal in Bacolod. I prefer their chicken inasal better than the popular and leading brand Mang Inasal

They have re branded and the dining crew are very accommodating. They will greet you nicely when entering the store with the local's way of saying hello and thank you when you leave. The best reason to go here is of course the grilled chicken. One of the store that represents that city's local food and proud of it. They have franchise in other cities too.

Authentic Chicken Inasal or barbecue that originated in Bacolod City (City of Smiles and Masskara) can be found here. Their inasals or barbecue have native flavor which is less sweet but delicious to be eaten along with a hot served rice. Their pork barbecue, talong or eggplant KBS, and kare-kare are also must-try. They also serve cold beverages like lemonade, iced tea, halo-halo, and sago't gulaman. Place is clean, bigger, and better compared to Mang Inasal in SM Bacolod. Pricing is normal while they offer unlimited rice for every chicken, kare-kare and pork orders.
