The place is a perfect area to hangout with friends and has a peaceful atmosphere. The tea was amazing and mind-blowing!Also,I'm a huge fun of waffles and the waffles of bonna Appetea is a must!

Not a great experience at all. The store says it opens at 8AM. At 9:45AM I arrive, the place is empty, the waitress is busy on her phone, it looks like they are not ready for customers, some items are already not available. Then, we wait for almost an hour for a simple omelette and beef tapas. In the meantime, we can hear people arguing in the kitchen for at least 30 minutes. Then, a woman who looks like she might be the manager, leaves the place looking angry. When finally the food arrives, it is very basic cooking: it would take 6 minutes to make that; no explanation, no apologie, no discount, no water, no hot sauce, wifi not working. Staff has to be trained to higher standards, and recipes have to be improved by a real chef. Very disappointing.
The place is cozy and spacious. Fast wifi. Delicious food. Needs improvement in terms of maintenance of the cleanliness and customer service of it's crew.

I ordered their waffle and Nirvana milk tea. Food is great. The wifi is fast. Will definitely visit again.
Cozy place to hangout with friends. Comfortable chairs and good ventilation. Friendly servers. I guess they should however get the names of customers so that they would know exactly who to serve the order to. Reasonable prices as well. Several chairs to choose from including cushions and low rise tables. Stable and free wifi is available but you can't access it if a lot of customers are signed in. Several food items to choose from including pastas, waffles and nachos aside from milk teas, lattes and fruit teas. You would, however, have to wait for your order. But on the plus side, it's just beside Calea!!
Great place. Cozy, relaxing and full of fun. This is a must place to go here in bacolod if you want tea drinks, foods and relaxation.
