Queueing is the problem in this branch. Two lines going to tellers: 1line to one teller and one line to 3 tellers??? Better provide disposable paper numbers for these volume of clients!

Pls treat your costumer have a good attitude ....poor or reach give a some manner ....look if you guy's no costumer you guy's closed.... This branch have a bad service...... Hi bdo!!!mayroon akong acount sa branch ninyo,ngayon nasa US na ako .last month before Holy Week nagamit ko pa ang card ko sa pag transaction online..pero ngayon di na sabe need ko daw mag update ng number..I'm calling you guys since last month pero walang sumagagot ng phone nyo minsan gina hang up Lang ..yong number na gamit ko here ay di pwede makatawag sa toll free ng bdo .kaya sa branch ako tumatawag kung saan ako may acount..pero walang sumagagot sa mga tawag ko minsan Gina hung up pa..please reply !!!
