Best batchoy ever. You can order extra broth, if you ran out of it. Portions are enough for one person, but might overwhelm a few. :) Cozy place. Courteous staff.

21 Restaurant is one of the best restaurants in Bacolod serving comfort dishes. They are very good in ala carte and buffet. They have been serving Bacolodnons for decades and for good reason--food and service don't waver. One of my favorites for functions.
When it's raining and the weather is cold 21's Batchoy is the best in town....
The Blue Marlin Steak was delicious yet affordable. This fine dining restaurant has a nice ambience.
Classy inside, good service, good internet and great food! Special batchoy is only served 2PM-5PM so plan ahead. The Japanese restaurant next door has a cross restaurant agreement so you can order food from them in 21 and vice versa.
BAR 21--- ah the memories. This restaurant used to be a major disco bar in the 90s but now the Aranetas and Gamboas reinvented the bar and made it into a fine dining restaurant. Good move boyz. This place is a must try if your in Bacolod. Its a blending of European American cuisine, fused with filipino and Chinese tastes. Try the famous Bar 21 -Batchoy. A hearty soup served with a mix of liver and bone marrow. Its a total negrenses culinary experience.
