Really great customer service and quick delivery. The checkout process and updates were transparent and easy to follow. The team called me to confirm delivery date. And most importantly, the product I bought is amazing. The chair came fully assembled. I got the Hag Capisco and couldn't be happier. It has changed my workday massively to the better. I am finally sitting comfortably and able to change my chair to fit different positions. Many thanks!

Amazing service! New Orange box Chair is looking great and high quality with all the ergo adjustments. Super fast delivery, though I had done few custom selection, received in less than 36 hours. Got a call the next day morning and arranged delivery. Came fully assembled. Highly recommended.

Ordered a HM chair. Price was low. Chair was delivered quickly within 3 days (we live outside London), in perfect condition. Communication was great. Really enjoying the chair (definitely need it with all the work from home during lockdown). Would recommend!
