We contacted Back Care Beds as we were having a problem with an electric bed that we had purchased. The gentleman was extremely helpful in talking through what the problem may be, in case there was not a need to purchase a component. Ultimately he confirmed the actuator that we required and we ordered this online and it was delivered within 48 hours of placing the order ahead of predicted delivery date of 1 September. Well packaged. Absolutely excellent first class service and we highly recommend the company.
I would highly recommend this company. I had been let down by 2 other companies so I phoned back care beds and spoke to John. He was brilliant and went through my order with me step by step. He promised me the bed would be delivered in 2 weeks and we actually received it a day early and we live on the Isle of Wight. A big thank you John for all your help
