Friendly and welcoming staff. Great advice, I ve just tried an amazing bottle of South African red. A bit pricey, but you pay for what you get!
First rate friendly personal service which you would never get from a national chain or supermarket retailer. They do really nice looking gift vouchers which make a great present.
